Yes. Even though Philippine passport holders enjoy 30-day visa-free entry to Cambodia under the ASEAN exemption, every Filipino flying into Phnom Penh (KTI), Siem Reap (SAI), or Sihanoukville (KOS) must file the online Cambodia e-Arrival Card within 7 days before landing.

Yes. While Philippine passport holders can enter Cambodia visa-free for up to 30 days under the ASEAN exemption, the Cambodia e-Arrival Card is still mandatory for every air arrival. You must submit it within the 7 days before landing and show the QR code at Immigration at KTI, SAI, or KOS.
Under the ASEAN reciprocal visa-exemption agreement, citizens of the Philippines holding an ordinary maroon Philippine passport can visit Cambodia without a tourist visa for up to 30 days per entry. Because no visa is required for a short holiday, many Filipino travellers arriving at Manila NAIA (MNL), Clark (CRK), or Cebu (CEB) assume they can simply show their passport and boarding pass and fly.
Since 2024, that is no longer the case. Cambodia replaced the paper immigration arrival card, health form, and customs declaration with the mandatory online Cambodia e-Arrival Card (CeA). Because the e-Arrival Card is an arrival declaration rather than a visa, the ASEAN visa exemption does not waive it. Every Filipino passenger flying into Cambodia must complete the e-Arrival Card within the 7 days before landing and present its QR code at Cambodian Immigration.
You can check the full ASEAN exemption details on our Cambodia visa page for Filipino citizens, or read our general guide to the Cambodia e-Arrival Card for visa-exempt travellers.
Because Filipino tourists do not need a tourist visa for stays up to 30 days, the Cambodia e-Arrival Card is the single most important Cambodian document you must prepare before your flight—alongside your Philippine eTravel exit registration for departing Manila, Clark, or Cebu.
The Cambodia e-Arrival Card can only be submitted within the 7 days before your arrival date in Cambodia.
Enter your surname, given name, passport number, date of birth, and passport expiry date exactly as shown on your Philippine passport bio page.
Select Techo International Airport (KTI) for Phnom Penh, Siem Reap Angkor International (SAI) for Angkor Wat, or Sihanoukville International (KOS). If connecting via Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, or Ho Chi Minh City, enter the flight number of the final leg landing in Cambodia.
The 2026 form requires the date you plan to leave Cambodia and your next destination (important both for Cambodian Immigration and for Philippine Bureau of Immigration checks at NAIA).
Download or screenshot the QR code so you can show it offline at airline check-in and at Cambodian Immigration.
What if you are already travelling around Southeast Asia and have not finalised your onward ticket out of Cambodia yet? If you file with us and have not booked onward travel yet, our form lets you say “not booked yet” and we email you to add it later.

Every traveller in a Filipino family, barkada, or tour group requires their own individual Cambodia e-Arrival Card tied to their own Philippine passport number. We file a card for every traveller in a party, babies included, because each one travels on their own passport.
When you get your e-Arrival Card through our service, you can submit your details whenever you book your trip—even weeks before your 7-day window opens. We verify every field against your Philippine passport, submit automatically as soon as your window opens, and email your QR code. We do not need a photo.
Every speed includes free resubmission if Immigration flags a correction. Once you land at KTI, SAI, or KOS and scan your QR code, Cambodian Immigration emails your digital v-Pass, replacing the old ink passport stamp.
Before you fly from Manila, Clark, or Cebu—or connect from Bangkok, Singapore, or Kuala Lumpur—keep three 2026 updates in mind:
Need a visa for a stay beyond 30 days or a business trip? You can apply for the Cambodia eVisa online with no photo required.
Travelling visa-free for up to 30 days and just need your mandatory arrival QR code? You can apply online here and receive your Cambodia e-Arrival Card by email.
